Smallville Season 10 is a GO!

SEASON 10 IS A GO! The CW has renewed Smallville for a 10th season. According to TVGuide, characters returning for season 10 are Tom Welling, Erica Durance and Cassidy Freeman as well as Justin Hartley depending on his fate this season and if the writers choose to keep Green Arrow for another season.
Wether or not Allison Mack will sign for a 10th season remains to be seen.

Smallville movie gets a title

Sources confirm to Ausiello that The CW has given a title to the Smallville movie which were two single episodes titled "Society" and "Legends", will now be called 'Smallville: Absolute Justice'.
This two-hour event which will mark the debut of Michael Shanks (SG-1) as Hawkman will air February 5, 2010.

According to TVByTheNumbers Smallville hit a season high in (2.7 million) viewers with last night's episode '9x08 Idol'.
"Smallville fans will delight that Smallville hit a season high in viewers (2.7 million) and matched its season highs with adults 18-34 (1.2/5) and adults 18-49 (1.2/5). Smallville ranked #1 in the hour in men 18-34 (1.3/6) and men 18-49 (1.3/5-tie) and ranked second in adults 18-34. And for those who just can’t stand not knowing, Smallville pulled a 1.0/4 with women 18-34."

Corben realizes he now has superhuman strength and sets out to exact revenge on the Red-Blue Blur, who he perceives to be an irresponsible vigilante. Against Clark's (Tom Welling) wishes, Lois (Erica Durance) involves herself in the Red-Blue Blur's investigation, and winds up getting kidnapped by Corben."
Kelly Souders Talks Season 9

Smallville's executive producer Kelly Souders was interviewed by E! Online's Natalie Abrams about the upcoming season of Smallville. She mentions information about Clark/Lois, the Clark/Chloe friendship, Roulette, Zod and so much more!!
Clark's social life is also not on the positive side this season.
Sounders tells us, "You will see a new look for Clark and a new side to
Clark in the opener, a side that's really had to come to grips with the
power and responsibilities he's had, and it definitely has an impact. I
won't say dark because it's always the Superman underneath it
all that we all know and love; it's just one of his trials and
tribulations on his path. He's trying to balance a life and trying to
balance the things you have to do in the day to get by, so he's no
different than anyone else."

Smallville as the DC Comics villian Roulette, which will be appearing in the sixth episode this upcoming season.
Song was voted "Sexiest Woman in the World 2006" by Asian FHM magazine readers. She has been nominated in both Gemini and Leo Awards for Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Feature Film
